Cosgrove's Air Escape

This project was my first (circa 8th grade) relatively successful attempt at crafting a hectic arcade game. Here the player has to navigate Cosgrove through layers of scrolling blocks before they pull him off the screen. This is a spinoff from Cosgrove's Umbrella, my first game, where it was intended to be a bonus stage.

The blocks are generated randomly and the game is split into stages. Each successive stage has a slightly different theme, more dense hazards, and blocks that scroll more quickly. The game will never be the same twice.

This might be my last game with a relatively smooth learning curve. Also, it contains MIDI music I wrote in Sibelius 2.1, while future games stick to mp3 tracks.
