Music

I write music for a variety of instruments in whatever style currently interests me. I use Sibelius 2.1 (ancient but comfortingly reliable) and occasionally FL Studio 4. In middle and high school I studied composition with Samuel Jones.

Frequently I find myself collaborating with my close friend and classmate Lucas Johnson, who is an eclectic musician from Maryland.

I also study piano in order to expose myself to new musical influence. In Seattle I studied with Claire Marshall and William Chapman Nyaho. At Stanford I am a student of Kumaran Arul.

Nocturne for TwoI co-wrote and recorded a soundtrack for a 5-minute film, Nocturne for Two, on piano, accordion, and pipe organ.
